I would love to be this size again
& Ultimate Goal Weight.: 120
Seems like the perfect weight for me.My workout:
- Stretching (3 minutes)
- 50 sit ups
- 30 second planks
- 30 mountain climbers
- 30 jump squats
- 1 minute wallsits
- 50 sit ups
- 2 minute water break
- 30 mountain climbers
- 10 pushups
