High Weight: 145 ish
This was when I was first diagnosed with type 1.

Start Weight: 144

Current Weight: 144

Goal Weight: 125
I would love to be this size again

& Ultimate Goal Weight.: 120
Seems like the perfect weight for me.

My workout:


  • Stretching (3 minutes)
  • 50 sit ups
  • 30 second planks
  • 30 mountain climbers
  • 30 jump squats
  • 1 minute wallsits
  • 50 sit ups
  • 2 minute water break
  • 30 mountain climbers
  • 10 pushups
