Health tip #1

Water boring you? Are you tired of drinking the same thing over and over? Want an alternative? Here it is! After a long work out or just a hot day, grab a glass of water. Cut up a lime, lemon, or even a cucumber (depending on your taste) and drop them into the water! Stir them around a little bit, and wa-lah! A new drink! Note that this wont taste exactly like the fruit you added, the point is to add a little flavor to that water so you wont get tired of water. 

Another recipe you can try is slicing up some strawberries and adding a 1/2 packet of splenda (or more pending on your sweet tooth) to a cup of water. And if you want more strawberry flavor, try adding 2 teaspoons of sugar free strawberry syrup.
